All staff were excellent. The room was spacious and high spec. The reception upon arrival was also excellent - we were a group of 15 people and despite arriving around three hours prior to check in time, all of our rooms were ready. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at.

The rooms are absolutely stunningly beautiful. Sexy and elegant – lots of marble. Beautiful colour palette. The beds are uber comfy. All the touches like the little maple toffees and the Madelines upon arrival: all spectacular . They raise the service bar extremely high— every staff member I dealt with was professional, capable, and customer-service oriented.

This is a classic Four Seasons that you would expect. Absolutely wonderful service that was quick and always present. Room was spectacular with a wonderful view of the entire city with a good degree of luxury. You get what you pay for. This isn't a cheap stay but you shouldn't expect that at this price point. Very wonderful stay if you are able to afford it.

Been here a few times already, now I can't go anywhere else when in Toronto. Four Season sets the bar in terms of location, cleanliness, amenities and staff.

This is definitely one of if not the best hotels in Toronto. The rooms are beautifully designed and spacious. The staff is always helpful and polite and provide the expected service. Food, though pricey, is of a high quality. The gym and spa are excellent.

Dining ( breakfast and dinner) was fantastic. Particularly like Cafe Boulud. Excellent dinner menu. Staff were courteous and very welcoming. Everyone I encountered made an effort to make me feel welcome.

Exceptional accommodation & hospitality Baby crib was prepared with a full set + plush toys. There was a diaper bin & baby shampoo. Valet in & out smooth & genuinely friendly. Would not stay anywhere else in Toronto

Exceptional service by the staff and extremely welcoming. We had a slight issue with The room and the staff are very happy to swap us to another room and move all our belongings without needing to pack and unpack again.

Arriving tired and frazzled after a long plane journey the staff at this hotel made us feel welcomed and chilled almost immediately. From Neil and George on reception to John the sommelier and all the waiters and waitresses we felt truly special. Our highlight was one of the best negroni cocktails to cap off a perfect night.
